Thanking all club members from one of the wives !!

Hi folks I would just like to say thank you to all the club members and committee for another great year for the Brandon Car Club - I have the easy part just getting in the car on Sundays and being driven to the events - I really enjoy it - I dont know if anyone knows this but one of my favorites at the do's is the Tom Bola - I have won many interesting things over the year and its nice to know the money goes to charity - I always find out if it is a charity tom bola - one of my best prizes was an out of date tin of baked beans and they were not Heinz so David would not eat them........I would like to thank the members of the committe for their hard work Linda, John, Mick, Bruce, Barry and ALL the committe members - and Bob the introduction of the web site is brilliant - it has given me hours of fun !! I always enjoy the club night (not because that David is out for the night)but on his return I wait for stories of the evening - so exciting !! one of the highlights of the year was the visit to Ken Wallis - thank you Barry - I think we all agree what a brilliant gentlemen - even us ladies were spellbound !! I would like to thank Bruce for his tireless work as Treasurer and the organisation of the xmas due - I would have nightmares doing it - I look forward to another good night out - thank you Peter and co for the events organised during the year - again its so easy for me just to turn up with all the entry passes available...I would like to thank everyone hope I have not missed anyone - for Richard for the monthly runs (we have yet to go on one ) we did the St Georges Run and that was very good - thank you everyone and here is to a good year for the club for 2007 - had better go David wants a cup of tea !!
